L3 CALZONI PORTABLE UNIDIRECTIONAL LIGHT


                                                  Applications:


The Portable Unidirectional Light system is designed as a lighting system for Runway Edge Light or Approach Light for aircraft/helicopter night operations to be used in severe conditions when standard equipment cannot be used.

Optionally it can be use as:

  Floodlight

  Obstruction light

The system, is based on the Medium Intensity Aircraft Lights that has been developed to satisfy the aircraft operation requirement under VMC (Visual Meteorological Conditions) limited to VFR (Visual Flight Rules), exceeding the ICAO and FAA Medium Intensity requirements.



The light operates with rechargeable or primary battery and installs:


  State-of-the-art LED high-flux technology.

  Dedicated lenses to drastically increase photometric and lasting performances.

  Save the power consumption.

  Reduce life cycle costs by comparison with the standard incandescent lamps.

Different color / beam / intensity can be easily customized.
